Dr. Patrick helped my son with his AP Chemistry preparation over many lessons during the 2018-19 academic year. In the beginning, we tried several tutors, many of which were excellent. But, from the very first lesson to the very last one, we were confident that Dr. Patrick was the best tutor for my son due to his solid teaching experience, deep knowledge of the subject and excellent temperament for the role. He has a friendly, professional, no-nonsense demeanor. We found him to be meticulous in his teaching and constructive in the advice he provided. He was always supportive, encouraging and gave invaluable insights regarding what the examiners were looking for in their answers. If you are looking for a quick, superficial review of the main concepts in AP Chemistry, perhaps Dr. Patrick is not the right one for you. He is in-depth and thorough and will not give platitudes just to make you feel good if he believes you haven’t yet “got it”. But, if you are looking for someone who will try hard to ensure that you really understand the concepts, then I don’t know of anyone better than Dr. Patrick--he is simply first-rate.

Absolutely Amazing
I have been working with Dr. Patrick since the beginning of the semester. He has helped me do so much better in the area of Science, am a Biology major. I love the academic subject however I have always struggled when it comes to the exams. I received my first A this semester after starting with Dr Patrick in a Science Midterm Exam since I started at University last year. This semester I am in Cell Biology. He does a great job of bringing the lectures I have during the week to a greater understanding for me. Thank you Dr Patrick, I appreciate all your help!

Exceptional Tutor for Chemistry 1
Dr Patrick tutored my son, Trevor (10th grade), in preparation for a Chemistry 1 test. After my husband (a mechanical engineer) had been trying to assist Trevor for days without solid success on teaching the material, Dr Patrick explained it all to Trevor, clearly and thoroughly, in one hour!
