I have taken my first lesson with Nadine and look forward to my next lesson with her. She is thorough, making sure your posture and hand movements are correct. We not only went over the alphabet in our first class, but she also incorporated everyday signs that I can start using immediately; we also played a fun game. Experienced and Inspiring ASL Tutor!!
When my 13 yo daughter got interested in ASL, and tried a few tutors online, she decided that Nadine was the one for her! Nadine is a creative tutor, changes things up to keep it interesting — and her own passion for ASL is contagious. My daughter is not easily engaged. Certainly not online. But Nadine’s engaging we have tutoring got her hooked! If you’re looking for a tutor who is extremely professional, experienced and meets the student where he or she is, we’d recommend working with Nadine. By the way, our daughter got so interested, that we decided, as parents. that we wanted to learn ASL to. We never thought that would happen, but that tells you something about Nadine.
