I have spent the last six years working with animals. I was a veterinary technician while earning my B.S. in environmental studies, concentration in ecology. I moved to Phoenix Arizona a few years ago and worked at the Phoenix Zoo. While I had a wonderful experience working with a variety of animals, I also gained teaching experience.
In coming back to Asheville, I decided to pursue a career in teaching. I am now working towards my master's in teaching secondary biology at WCU. Therefore, I am looking for a job in which I can gain experience, as well as, have the flexibility I need to attend classes.
