I have worked with a range of ages of students from elementary through college/adult. I have experience leading a classroom, one on one lessons, as well as teaching groups or individuals online.
I typically utilize a Socratic Method when teaching students of all ages. I find this to be the most empowering method for student confidence and the longevity of the material retained. I'm experienced with tailoring lesson plans to students of all ages and ability levels according to what they are capable of digesting developmentally. I find it important to maintain a keen sensitivity and awareness of varying levels of physical and mental conditions that may benefit from supportive accomodations for individuals of all ages.
