Because each student is unique and learns differently, my lessons and teaching vary to match what works best for the student. With my mechanical engineering background, I firmly link abstract principles to tangible real-world phenomena; these connections are instrumental for developing an intuition for science that demystifies and heightens the equations we use.

In addition to six years of tutoring extremely satisfied students, I have taught Physics, Algebra, Calculus, and Engineering to middle school and high school students for Duke University's Talent Identification Program. At Duke, I developed entire curriculums from scratch to teach students a year's worth of material in three weeks. I have ample experience, therefore, in teaching a wealth of material concisely and effectively.

My students easily understand difficult material with my instruction. I have a flawless rating on Wyzant because I hold myself to the very highest standard for every single lesson. Brett is super knowledgeable and knows how to impart that knowledge. Kid thought he was the best tutor ever. He comes well prepared but can change agendas depending on what she needs or is curious about. PALY AP physics.
