Hello!
After 15 years in the mining industry, I switched to teaching Science for the remaining 25 years of my career and didn't look back. My experience includes being a high school and college-level instructor in Geology, AP Environmental Science, and Earth Science.
Retired now from full-time teaching, I tutor part-time out of enjoyment and wanting to share my knowledge with others.

I have worked with all levels of learners from the age of 14 or so to adults. I am very good at "translating" complicated concepts and ideas to anyone. From writing on a napkin to a full-blown lecture, I have adapted to the tools available to me to teach.
I live in Montana, the Big Sky Country. What better way is there to reflect on Environmental Science and Geology after you see an Eagle perched in a nest on the limestone cliffs of the "Gates of the Mountains"?
