About Troy

Graduating with Phi Theta Kappa honors and a Master's degree of Secondary Education-English, I recognize hard work and attention to detail produce success in education.

As a devoted educator: three years as a student teacher, two years as a college professor-I recognize that creating successful students is a responsibility crucial to forming a successful community. A complete education provides establishment of knowledge, a vital article in a productive life. I specialize in tutoring English, grammar, literature, math, vocabulary, and writing for success in grammar, middle, and high school. College composition, literature, and creative writing are also within my specialties.

I try to allow flexibility with my time. While I have established a 24-hour cancellation policy, makeup sessions are available to accommodate possible disruptions of instruction. Two makeup sessions are allowed in each lesson plan.

To offer a peaceful and comfortable environment for students to work with me, I tutor in the libraries of local schools and colleges. For convenience to older students and parents of younger students, I travel to locations closer to students as required.

My excitement to meet new students can only be matched by my desire to improve their grades and education. I await our journey together.
