My name is Emily, I’m a university student that is looking to help out fellow students or high schoolers. I graduated Copiah-Lincoln Community College with an associate’s degree in arts, majoring in Criminal Justice. I am currently enrolled in William Carey University studying Forensic Science and Chemistry. I have plans to work at a state crime lab doing firearm investigation.
I have knowledge and hands on experience with multiple areas of forensic science and crime scene investigations such as: crime scene sketching, blood spatter analysis, hair, glass, and fiber analysis, fingerprint identification, firearm investigation/ballistics, along with many other things. I have taken firearm investigation courses and earned certificates, analyzed shell casings in a crime lab, and taken courses on ethics and safety measures.
I always struggled with these sorts of things because there isn’t a lot of help out there for this career path. Therefore, I want to offer as much of my knowledge that I can to help other students to grow and learn. I only do online appointments. I have experience in teaching due to homeschooling my siblings, I will adapt to any specific learning method that best helps you!
