In my younger years I fell in love with chess. From the age of 9 to now. I've spent countless hours online playing other around the world studying and teaching players. At one point it was such a problem, I used to do research on the best players and learn their life stories just for fun. Nerdy I know... I participated in many state chess tournaments, winning my state's junior league trophy in 2001. I spent three years tutoring beginners the fundamentals of chess.
As of late, I have only played recreationally due to the huge increase in time needed at school, and now work. However, I hope to get back into the chess field, sharing the excitement and joy that comes with this classic, yet timeless strategy game.
