I recently graduated from Millsaps College with a degree in Mathematics and Biochemistry, earning a 3.92 GPA and scoring a 516 on the MCAT. Through my coursework, research experience, and deep involvement in STEM, I developed a strong ability to break down complex topics into clear, manageable steps. I’ve always enjoyed helping others understand challenging material, and tutoring allows me to bring that passion into a focused, supportive learning environment.

While I haven’t worked as a formal tutor for a company before, I have extensive experience helping classmates, teammates, and friends succeed in their math and science courses throughout both high school and college. Whether it was guiding someone through organic chemistry mechanisms, explaining multivariable calculus concepts, or helping peers build strong foundational skills for standardized tests like the ACT, I became the person many students turned to for clear explanations and effective study strategies. I intentionally keep my hourly rate low because I genuinely enjoy tutoring — teaching these topics not only helps students succeed but also deepens and reinforces my own understanding.
