I am just your regular future medical field guy looking to be a star. I am currently enrolled in the small, but promising, institution of Delta State University, where I major in chemistry on the pre-pharmacy track. With the knowledge garnered, I aim to start, and pass, pharmacy school to go on to be a clinical pharmacist and specialize in a complex, yet rewarding field such as oncology or infectious diseases. I have a medium level of tutoring experience, but those free lessons involved improving the knowledge of students that came from insufficient teaching. I have a history of only teaching students in my own age group ( which is 21-23 years old now), but I am open to teaching students from high school to college sophomore students.
Despite the substantial knowledge I hold in the areas I teach, it was a time where I myself struggled in these subjects. This, in my view, aids in my teaching because the student has the luxury of learning from a tutor that has been on both sides of the fence. Methods include first showing the concept, guiding them through doing the concept, and then them talking me through the concept; this ensure full coverage of understanding.
