That’s me, Latasha Franklin!
For eleven years, after receiving my Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Computer Science from Tougaloo College, I chose not to pursue academia. My children were then, and still are my priority. That is why I home schooled each of them until Kindergarten and then, allowed them to began school. After my youngest child reached the desirable age, I was miraculously accepted as a conditional admit into the Master of Science program in Chemistry.
Even through illness and a car accident, The Most High blessed me to persevere and receive my Master of Science in Chemistry from Jackson State University on December 7, 2018. Looking forward to a wealth of opportunities that My Creator has bestowed upon me, I, am currently, a doctoral candidate at the aforementioned university. My current research projects range from evaluating heavy metal toxicity in reference to specific ailments to naturopathic treatments for a myriad of diseases.
I have taught and tutored students in high school mathematics.
I have a Master of Science in Chemistry and am currently, completing my Ph. D. in this discipline. I have taught many courses in Chemistry on the collegiate level.
