Throughout my career, I have served as a teacher, Lead Teacher, MTSS Coordinator, Dean of Curriculum & Instruction, Assistant Principal, and Principal. I have extensive experience tutoring and teaching elementary, middle, and high school students, with a strong focus on reading comprehension, literacy intervention, test-taking strategies, and academic growth.
I have worked closely with struggling readers, state test preparation, and small-group interventions, especially with elementary students preparing for promotion and state assessments. My passion is helping students build confidence, strengthen foundational skills, and achieve academic success in a supportive learning environment.
