I use clear, easy to understand methods with analogies to explain abstract chemistry concepts. I break down problem solving into manageable steps. I can provide additional practice other than what your teacher provides.
I have a B.S. in ACS certified Chemistry and then got my master's in Chemistry Education, both with a 4.0 GPA. I have had 2 students make a perfect score on the SAT Chemistry subject area exam. I also taught A.P. chemistry for 8 years with 30-40% of my students making a 5 on the exam as opposed to the 8% national average. I won Chemistry Teacher of the Year for Mississippi in 2016, and I was my high school's teacher of the year in 2018.
