Hey there! I am Mustafa and I am medical student at William Carey University. I am also a cum laude dual-degree graduate from The University of South Florida, majoring in Biomedical Sciences and Business Management. I hold a strong belief in continued learning and preserved education as I aim to give back to society, currently doing so through tutoring, mentoring, and volunteering.

I've already made progress towards my goals through several jobs and research commitments. Specifically for education, I have tutored mathematics to kids ranging from Kindergarten to 12th grade at a tutoring center. The key here was to make mathematics enjoyable and interactive, but at the same time efficient enough to make the most of the hourly sessions. I also briefly worked as a substitute teacher for Hillsborough County Public Schools in which I primarily covered for English and Mathematics classes in middle school. The most important aspect of this was to be able to keep a disciplined yet respectful and open classroom dynamic, and to ensure a positive rapport with each student. Finally, and most recently, I have tutored my fellow medical students to help them learn the complex concepts that make a physician.

My ultimate goal is to become a community-based physician and philanthropist who strives for success and advocates for equality. As I aspire to support my community and give back to society as a whole, helping my fellow students succeed in their education goals is a big part of that. I hope to work with you as a team in improving your performance with efficiency and effectiveness, so that I can help you reach your goals as you help me reach mine.
