My main approach in tutoring is to lead students to the correct answer and have them be able to explain why an answer is correct or incorrect. This way they are not only learning the material but also teaching it to themselves along the way, promoting a more in depth learning experience that will let them understand the material more easily. And by doing so, the student is able to learn how to do the approach on their own without the help of a tutor for some subject, giving them more academic freedom and enjoyment.
