Over the years, I have had the privilege of mentoring high school students from diverse backgrounds, hailing from various corners of the globe, including the Netherlands, Dubai, Korea and across the Western, Central, and Eastern United States.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of mentoring high school students from diverse backgrounds, hailing from various corners of the globe, including the Netherlands, Dubai, Korea and across the Western, Central, and Eastern United States.

My high school students' achievements speak to the effectiveness of my approach, as many have successfully gained admission to prestigious institutions such as UC Berkeley, UCLA, Boston University, Cornell, UC San Diego, and Yale.

With a background in education and writing, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my tutoring practice. I hold undergraduate and graduate degrees, and my academic journey has taken me through the fields of Education, Reading, Writing, and Writing as Healing. I've had the privilege of experiencing both the vibrant atmosphere of a large state university and the intimate setting of a small private institution.

I make it a point to get to know each student individually, understanding their unique starting point, and together, we set goals that are both realistic and attainable. My heart truly lies in teaching writing and helping students succeed, as I firmly believe that having strong writing skills and self-awareness are essential building blocks for the opportunities that lie ahead.
