I have previously worked one-on-one with students on another tutoring platform. I am a huge fan of the Socratic method, where I give the student the chance to explain concepts in their own words before confirming or denying their understanding of them. I also enjoy watching the student walk me through how they would currently attempt to solve the problem so that I can identify strengths and gaps in their understanding.
