During my studies in data science, I have heavily focused on the computer science coding aspect of the major. Coming into college without any prior experience with coding was really tough but after working at it for two years I feel very confident in my abilities and I have developed many tricks and shortcuts to teaching kids how to code quickly without any prior experience. I also really enjoy math, calculus in particular, so I am more than happy to help with that too.

I got a 36 on ACT Math and I really enjoyed learning basic math principles.
I am currently studying data science at UC Berkeley and already have a job starting next year at a tech company in the Silicon Valley. I have taken all the lower division computer science courses required for the computer science major and I am really passionate about teaching others how to code. I have developed a curriculum that starts out in python and really enables the student to learn any coding language after python really easily.
Growing up I have been a camp counselor at a sleep-away summer camp for 4 consecutive summers so I have had a lot of experience working with kids ages 8 - 16. Every summer for 8 weeks at a time, I was a cabin counselor where I mentored dozens of kids as well as lead a few backpacking trips.
