I greatly admired my professors’ ability to make complex topics easy for students to digest and apply in a short period of time. I try to apply this approach when tutoring, and do everything I can to make learning a pleasant experience. I create lesson plans tailored to the student’s needs and timeline. I have experience both as a tutor and as a Teaching Assistant (TA), where I worked alongside professors to teach undergraduate courses.

My tutoring and teaching experience can be seen below:
•5 years of tutoring experience in Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Precalculus, and Calculus.

I worked directly with any students who needed additional assistance.
•1 year of teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant (TA) in Infinitesimal Calculus
•1 year as TA in Discrete Mathematics, Probability, and mathematical thinking for computer scientists
•2 years as tutor and TA in mathematical modeling of computational problems, algorithmic paradigms, and data structures used to solve these problems (using Python as programming language)

I want the sessions to be as beneficial to the students as possible, therefore welcome any resources or suggestions students or parents can provide. I am easy to reach and will always provide fast responses. In addition, I am fluent in English and Spanish and am comfortable tutoring in either language.
