5 years of expertise and professional-level work experience in the motion graphics industry. Graduated with a B.A. in TV/Film with specialization in After Effects, minor in Photoshop. I have done multiple motion graphic pieces for agencies and big brand clients from John Deere to Johnson & Johnson. Also have extra experience with Cinema 4D and Otoy Octane Render, two of my favorites. Have done a few tutorials online for the motion graphics community and love problem solving.

Working in motion graphics requires a huge amount of troubleshooting skills for when software doesn't play nice with Windows. On a daily basis Adobe may throw multiple codec errors, memory leaks, and lock up for seemingly no reason. There is however, almost always a reason why things misbehave, and even under a tight deadline it is me, the motion graphic editor, that owns responsibility to work around these.

I've been shooting for well over a decade, and at one time professionally for about 3 years in the field doing university head-shots, photo-shoots, and location shots. Regardless of clientele, ANY photograph requires quick decisions regarding the appropriate /f stop, shutter speed, DOF, exposure, motion blur, and most importantly lighting and composition aesthetics to make the best of the moment.

Part of the challenge of tutoring, especially in your first lesson, is that the teacher has no idea (really) of your skill level or background. Hunter was great at being able to determine the level that I was at, and then lift me up from there. So that was great. The Wyzant sharing system is good too. Very nice. I will use Hunter and Wyzant again.
