Hello everyone! My name is Rithik! I am a current freshman at Saint Louis University studying Neuroscience on the Pre-Med Track. I am very excited to be able to tutor those who may need a little bit to a lot of help on subjects of SAT and ACT Math, English, and Science. Hello everyone! My name is Rithik! I am a current freshman at Saint Louis University studying Neuroscience on the Pre-Med Track. I am very excited to be able to tutor those who may need a little bit to a lot of help on subjects of SAT and ACT Math, English, and Science. Additionally to my academics, I have taken many AP courses during high school, which include AP Biology, Calculus 1 and 2, Environmental Science, Physics C: Mechanics, and have received scores of 4's and 5's on these and more. I have previous tutoring experience with Schoolhouse, teaching SAT math for a month. I graduated Salutatorian in my class last year and acted as a peer tutor for a Pre-Calculus course during my Junior year.
Besides my extensive math experience, I have done many extracurriculars that have taught me many things. I have been a volunteer for many youth organizations, some of them being Boys and Girls Club; Family Respite Care, an organization offering rest for families with special needs children; USKids4Water, a non-profit that helps teach English to rural children in India; and more. I have shadowed physicians in the United States and India, and joined numerous clubs in high school, including HOSA, DECA, Speech and Debate, and more.
During lessons, I will make sure my student feels comfortable and engaged with the lesson. I will relate the lesson to a lot of real-world scenarios and tell the student my own personal experiences with these subjects.
