Hi! I’m Stacey, a passionate and experienced language educator with a Master’s Degree in Teaching and a double Bachelor’s in Spanish and International Studies. I’ve been teaching for over 17 years—7 years in physical classrooms and more than a decade online. My experience spans across the globe, having taught in four different countries and worked with students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds. I previously held teaching certification from 2021 to 2025 and am currently in the process of renewing it.
My teaching approach is highly student-centered. I believe learning should be engaging, practical, and tailored to each individual’s needs. I’ve taught learners of all ages, from children to adults, and I even worked at a therapeutic school where the majority of students had behavioral and special education needs—an experience that deeply shaped my flexible and compassionate teaching style. In every lesson, I incorporate a mix of speaking, listening, reading, and real-world language use—like idioms and expressions—to build both fluency and confidence. I love using games, conversation-based activities, and culturally relevant content to make language learning not just effective, but genuinely enjoyable.
