With over 15 years of experience in training, development, and employee growth, I bring a deep passion for empowering students and adults to achieve their career and personal goals. With an MBA from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and a BA in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University, I have dedicated my career to guiding professionals in performance management, career planning, and personal development. As a Training and Development Manager for a multi-billion-dollar enterprise, I have successfully created and led programs that enhance skills, boost confidence, and foster long-term success.

My approach to coaching and teaching is rooted in personalized learning and practical application. I believe in tailoring strategies to each individual’s strengths, ensuring they gain the confidence and knowledge necessary to perform and beyond.
