I graduated from Northwestern University with a double major in Biological Sciences and Classics. I am currently a medical student at Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine. This past year, I was invited to interview at 15 medical schools and was admitted to several schools, including NYU Grossman SOM, WashU in St. Louis, Feinberg, Pritzker, and Mayo in Rochester. I would not be where I am today if not for the great teachers and mentors in my life. I joined Wyzant to work with students to support them in achieving their own unique aspirations!

Although I am new to Wyzant, I have worked with over 50 K-12 students as a SAT/ACT Exam Prep tutor and general math/science tutor through other tutoring services. My passion for education also brought me to work as Program Director at CovEducation, a 401(k) nonprofit organization that has provided personalized one-on-one and group tutoring to 6000+ students across the country. When working with my students, I try to engage them in a personalized way, providing them with help while challenging them to learn.

I am comfortable tutoring the sciences and math, but particularly enjoy college and medical school admissions advising. I received a 1570 (99th percentile) on my SAT and a 524 (100th percentile) on my MCAT exam. I have edited many personal statements for college and medical school, and can help my students prepare their primary/secondary medical school applications and for interviews.
