Outside of having five younger brothers that I have helped with coursework from grade school on; I have always worked with youth through church programs, and also helped train and staff several political campaigns over the years. Although the situations had little in common, I have gained insight on how a variety of different people learn differently!

After our first few meetings, I will provide a detailed outline of our goals and expectations, and how we plan on measuring our progress as we do! Everyone learns differently so I have techniques that will meet any academic where they are at, and create the most effective path towards where they would like to be.

I have helped four of my little brothers make it through both Algebra 1 and 2 with A’s on their report cards! I personally have a firm grasp on the principles and foundations of mathematics so will be able to quickly review what the student already knows, and prepare them for where they are headed.

As a French major at Lindenwood I was incredibly active in our French Club, , studied for some time at the International University in Aix-en-Provence, and have been an avid francophile for over 20 years! Any rust that may be present in my French dialogue, I will quickly make up for in proficiency with my grammar and listening comprehension.

Well versed in tactics for increasing speed and comprehension, or help develop more primary abilities depending on the age level.

I have been learning to cope with ADHD for almost 20 years, more recently, learning to manage symptoms with coping mechanisms, action plans, and sometimes medications.

If you have any questions or ideas about ways I could improve your experience don’t hesitate to reach out to me.
