For the past two years, I’ve worked as a teaching assistant at a well-known tutoring company, where I supported elementary and middle school students in developing their math skills. In this role, I provided one-on-one and small group assistance, helped guide students through practice problems, and offered clear, encouraging feedback tailored to their individual needs. This experience has allowed me to build patience, adaptability, and a strong sense of how to explain concepts in ways that match different learning styles.
