I'm Henry, a full stack MERN stack developer, business owner, and working professional with a degree in Database Driven Web and Application Development Technology from Ranken Technical College. My technical background spans React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C#, and I currently work professionally as a NetSuite developer while running my own web development company, HG Websites LLC, where I have built and delivered real client websites from start to finish.

My approach to tutoring is practical and results-driven. I don't just teach theory — I teach the way real developers actually work. Whether a student is stuck on a JavaScript concept, trying to understand how React components work, building their first Node.js API, or learning how to structure a full stack project, I break concepts down in plain language and work through problems step by step in real time. I tailor every session to where the student actually is, not where a textbook says they should be.

I work best with college students, bootcamp students, and adult learners who are serious about building real skills in web development. My goal in every session is for the student to leave with a clearer understanding than when we started, more confidence in their abilities, and a concrete next step to keep moving forward. I am available for online sessions in the evenings and bring the same professionalism to tutoring that I bring to my development work every day.
