This is my 42nd year as an Educator. I am currently a full time Reading Specialist with The Grandview C-4 School District. I am a part-time evening "Visiting ESL Instructor" with The Independence School District.

During my career as an Educator, I've held the following positions: Classroom Teacher, Resource Teacher, Principal and Director. I have a love and a constant thirst for knowledge, which I love to share and pass on to others. My experiences as both a Teacher and Tutor has always been inspiring, motivating, and uplifting.
The interactions are great, and observing one's academic success is very rewarding.
Teaching/Tutoring have both allowed me to reach a daily goal: To Help Others.
I currently hold an Adult Education and Literacy Certification with the State of Missouri. My areas of expertise: Reading and Language Arts (Literacy). I also taught beginner and intermediate ESL Adult Classes.
