Hello, I'm Morgan! I have a long history of tutoring going back almost 10 years! I started tutoring when I was in middle school where I mainly helped elementary students with math and sometimes music. In high school I went on to tutor middle school students in math, general science, and music, as well as serving as a physics and biology tutor for high school students. On top of that I was a teaching assistant for Spanish I and II, where I would assist students with in-class assignments and grade exams for the teacher. I also established a Science Olympiad team for my school, served as president, and coached other members to prepare for competition. I went on to graduate 4th in my class.
I recently completed my Bachelors of Science in Forensic Biology with minors in Chemistry and Music, at Ohio Northern University. During my time at ONU I was a tutor contracted through the university to tutor in several biology course, including Biology I and II, Forensic Biology I and II, Crime Scene Investigation, Forensic Physical Methods, Forensic DNA Analysis, Forensic Microscopy, and Advanced Forensic DNA Analysis. During this time I also tutored several high school students in chemistry and algebra. On top of that I also served as a section leader in marching band and would help teach parts to other musicians. I also organized several groups where I taught students how to play steel drums and hand drums. I was also a teaching assistant for Forensic Biology I, Crime Scene Investigation, and Forensic DNA Analysis, as well as a research assistant in the Forensic Biology Research Lab. I graduated Cum Laude in May of 2020.
Currently, I am a Masters student at the University of Central Florida studying Forensic Science. I am only taking remote classes at this time, but will be transferring onto campus starting the fall of 2021!
I have always loved tutoring! I find it very rewarding to be able to help students discover something new or witness the moment something clicks into place in their mind. If someone is willing to
