Professionally this translates into my director level role within UnitedHealthcare as conducting comprehensive cost-benefit and Net Present Value (NPV) analyses to evaluate and prioritize capital projects, supporting data-driven investment decisions and maximizing Return on Investment (ROI). Managing the intake and evaluation of capital initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to vet proposals, assess IT capacity, and oversee capability delivery.
Directing user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts, translating business requirements into actionable test plans and ensuring high-quality, user-focused solutions. Providing oversight to capital and financial reporting, providing actionable insights and transparency to senior leadership through detailed analysis and presentations.
