I earned my undergraduate degree in mathematics and have spent the last 6 years tutoring students in a variety of math subjects, ranging from pre-algebra and algebra to calculus and statistics. During this time, I worked with students both one-on-one and in small groups, helping them not only complete assignments but also build a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts. My approach focuses on breaking problems down into clear, manageable steps and tailoring explanations to each student’s learning style, which helps them gain confidence and develop independent problem-solving skills.

In addition to my tutoring experience, I am currently a high school math teacher and hold a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. Teaching in the classroom has given me extensive experience working with students aged 14–18, guiding them through complex topics such as algebra, geometry, and pre-calculus. I integrate practical examples and interactive strategies to ensure students are actively engaged and can see the relevance of what they are learning.

Throughout my career, I have worked with students with a wide range of abilities, from those struggling to keep up with grade-level material to those seeking advanced enrichment. I am committed to creating a supportive, patient, and personalized learning environment, and I strive to equip each student with the tools they need to succeed both in the classroom and in standardized testing contexts. My combination of tutoring experience, classroom teaching, and educational leadership training enables me to help students achieve measurable progress in their math studies.
