Hello! I’m Marley, and I’m passionate about helping students feel capable, confident, and curious about learning. I hold a Master’s degree in Science with a focus in Botany along with a Teaching Certificate in Life Science for grades 7–12. This background has helped me understand how students learn differently and how important patience, clarity, and encouragement are in building academic success.
When I tutor, I focus on explaining concepts clearly, using real-world examples and visuals like diagrams and charts so students develop real understanding instead of memorization. I tailor each session to your child’s learning style, break material into manageable steps, and check for understanding along the way so they can make steady progress. I also help with homework, review class worksheets, and support study skills when needed.
My goal is to create a warm, respectful, and encouraging learning environment where your child feels safe asking questions and taking academic risks. I believe that patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement help students stay motivated and resilient.
