Hello! My name is Macie and I am a licensed teacher in the Anoka-Hennepin School District. I recently completed my fifth year of teaching and hold licenses in General Education (K-6) and Special Education (Birth-Age 21). I also have a Master's degree in Elementary Reading and Mathematics.

Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with students of varying ages, abilities, and learning needs in both general education and special education settings. My experience includes teaching reading, writing, mathematics, social skills, and behavior regulation. I believe every student can succeed when instruction is tailored to their individual strengths and needs.

As a tutor, I provide instruction designed to build both academic skills and confidence. Whether your child needs support catching up, maintaining skills over the summer, building foundational reading or math abilities, or seeking additional enrichment, I create personalized lessons to help them reach their goals.
