With over 25 years of experience teaching elementary and middle school students,
I have dedicated my career to helping learners build strong academic foundations
and greater confidence in math. As a former middle school math and science
teacher, I understand that many students need concepts explained in clear,
manageable steps and at a pace that feels comfortable. I work with students in
grades 1–8, focusing on essential skills such as fractions, decimals, ratios, word
problems, and preparation for pre-algebra and beginning algebra. I hold a
Professional Clear Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with CLAD certification
and bring extensive classroom, online teaching, and long-term substitute
experience across grades K–12.

environment where it is safe to ask questions and take the time needed to truly
understand new ideas. I will help you stay organized, practice important skills, and
