Hi, I'm Amelie! I'm currently an undergraduate student at Boston University (acceptance rate ~ 11%), majoring in English and minoring in Philosophy. In high-school, I took part in the writing center which aimed for peer tutoring on writing projects such as class essays, college application essays, and more. I got a 4 on my AP Language and Composition test and a 5 on my AP Literature test. For my ACT, I got a 32 for the reading section and a 32 for the English section. I can help with analysis of readings, grammar, structure, organization, and overall editing of an essay, and brainstorming for ideas in writing. While I am best at writing, something I want to emphasize that I provide is overall help in the college application process; answering any questions when it comes to anything within the college application process. When I was applying, I ran into a lot of technical things I was super confused and unsure about, and didn't feel like I had a person I could ask all of these random, little, but important questions. I can provide this as apart of our tutoring sessions.
