My name is Mr. S., and I am currently an undergraduate student at the University of Arizona Online, where I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a specific emphasis in Biomedical Sciences. My academic journey is deeply rooted in rigorous STEM subjects, including Pharmacology, Genetics, and Mammalogy, which provides me with a strong technical foundation for tutoring both K-12 and college-level life sciences. Beyond my current studies, I bring a unique clinical perspective to my tutoring sessions from my background as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). This experience in the healthcare field taught me how to communicate complex medical information with patience and empathy skills that I now apply to help my students overcome the "intimidation factor" often found in traditional science instruction.

As a student myself, I offer a fresh, "student-to-student" approach that is both empathetic and highly organized. While I am available for local in-person sessions, I primarily specialize in online tutoring, utilizing digital tools to create an interactive and flexible learning environment that fits into a busy student's schedule. My goal is to support K-12 students across all subjects while providing specialized assistance to college students in the sciences. With additional interests in Law and Musical Theater, I bring a well-rounded perspective that bridges analytical science with creative critical thinking. Whether we are tackling elementary math or high-level biology, my mission is to help you build the confidence and effective study habits necessary for long-term academic success.
