I have experience as a tutor and teacher's assistant for Introductory Micro/Macro Economics classes at the college and high school level. I helped students prepare for their final exams and work on daily homework. I explained complex concepts from the textbook by using real-life examples. I have experience teaching 9-12 grade social studies and religion/bible courses.
I enjoy tutoring students in Financial/Managerial Accounting classes and general management classes too. In the past, I worked with students on career planning, college admission essays, and test prep for the English/Reading sections of the ACT/SAT. I like to help students with general test-taking strategies and skills. and with the English and Reading sections of standardized tests. I do NOT tutor for the math sections of ACT/SAT exams.
