I like accompanying with students, telling them what I learned and learning from them as well. In terms with methods, I don't think a fixed plan is good for teaching and learning. I prefer to make an individual plan for each students according to their learning characteristics. My wish is simple: to transmit knowledge into students' mind and make them fall in love with studying.
