Outside of public accounting, Mr. Lenz has been engaged as a consultant to several investment banks and served in several key management and board positions. His work has included the assistance in structuring of infrastructure such as accounting systems, building management teams, strategic planning, strategic planning for an exit including an acquisition by either a strategic partner or an assisting in the structuring for an IPO. He is a results-oriented, decisive leader with proven success in the raising of capital, strategic thinking, personnel management, and problem solving. He has a proven track record in assisting companies achieving financial and growth goals.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude with an accounting degree in 1977 from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater and in 2007 he got his Master’s in Business degree (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Phoenix.
