I’m currently completing my 14th year in education. For the past four years, I’ve taught high school courses in history, government, sociology, psychology, and various social studies electives. Prior to that, I spent a decade in a middle school setting, where I taught social studies for four years and served as Lead Teacher for five. In addition to my work in social studies, I’m an experienced academic writer and completed a 130+ page thesis as part of my Ed.S. program. As a result of my own accomplishments in writing, I especially enjoy supporting students in developing their own writing skills.
