Hi, I’m Kailey! I have been teaching math for the past 6 years and tutoring students for the past 3 years. My bachelor’s degree in business accounting taught me real-world applications for math skills developed as young as kindergarten, and my experience teaching 7th and 8th grade math deepened my passion for developing students’ math skills with post-high school applications. My passion for math education shows through my ability to understand your learning style, strengths, and communication style. Math can be very challenging, but throughout my years of teaching I have developed a strong foundation for my tutoring style that will keep you engaged and work at your pace.
My goal during tutoring sessions is to strengthen your skills and build your confidence to succeed in math. We will work together to create a tutoring program that challenges you, keeps you engaged, and leaves you feeling confident. I create an enriching learning environment through my use of technology, real-world scenarios, and tailoring the material to you.
