I am fully versed in the following areas of mathematics:
Algebra I&II
Trigonometry
Pre-Calculus
Calculus I & II
Multivariable Calculus
Linear Algebra
Differential Equations
Discrete Mathematics
Introduction to Real Analysis
Probability
Statistics
and many more
I have taught and extensively tutor Physics I and II and can do a variety of other specialty topics. Feel free to inquire.
I am best suited for students in their last year or two of high school or their first few years of college, or returning adult students.
I have extensive experience tutoring both in person, and online, with well over 30k 1-1 hours, and several thousand more small group or classroom hours.
I usually conduct lessons by giving an introduction/review of the relevant material in the form of an interactive lecture (usually about 20-30 minutes) followed by an additional 30-40 minutes of working through example problems together. I am happy to work on specific assignments with students if the assignment permits it. Generally, I will adapt my style to the student as I learn what works best for them or to meet any specific requests they may have.
