Hello! I'm a sophomore at Emory University (Chemistry major, English minor), a top 25 national university. I specialize in test prep (PSAT, ACT, AP), essay help, and am also happy to help with English, History (World and US), Calculus, and chemistry (up to organic). Hello! I'm a sophomore at Emory University (Chemistry major, English minor), a top 25 national university. I specialize in test prep (PSAT, ACT, AP), essay help, and am also happy to help with English, History (World and US), Calculus, and chemistry (up to organic). I have worked seasonally as a teaching assistant for the West Suburban Summer Schools for 4 years, been an active tutor on Wyzant for 1 year, and previously worked as a volunteer editor for Polyphony Lit magazine. These experiences have taught me how to communicate sensitively with students in grades 6-12, provide concise and helpful feedback, and adjust my editing and teaching styles based on student responses. I have taken a plethora of AP classes and scored highly in all of them, including AP Literature, Language, US History, and Spanish Language. I truly care about promoting a love of learning among students, and am excited to have the opportunity to tutor via Wyzant.
I am most flexible online but over the summer, I may be able to accommodate lessons in my area.
