For a long as I can remember I have been interested in how things worked. Any success I’ve enjoyed in my working lifetime can be traced back to this natural curiosity. In addition, I have a need to share what I know. I had a dream of helping people become more successful so I began Lighthouse Communications Group in 1988. The dream became a reality in 1995 when I started full-time helping folks understand the mystery of the internet. Since that time I have conducted training sessions in 49 of 50 states and eight countries.
Although much of my time is spent teaching the applications from Microsoft Office, I have had great success teaching business communications and customer service. I can help you too!
