I've been teaching in an undergraduate nursing program for the last four years and have found that being able to adapt the way I teach to a particular students learning style can really help them succeed. For this reason, I try to include all sorts teaching and learning strategies into the way I deliver information - whether that's by drawing pictures (although, an artist I am not), sharing clinical experiences, watching film, or listening to audio content. Turns out not everyone learns the best just by reading a textbook - who knew?!
