Roger is an electrical engineer with over 35 years of experience in the real world of electronics, electrical power, electrical controls, voltage regulators and magnetics. He has "been there, done that." He has been on the staff and project level of many projects, including the NASA moon shots under Kennedy. He provided ground support onsite at Cape Kennedy during the early satellite and moon adventures. Some of the products that he designed were involved in the Apollo Moonshot, with tracking stations located around the world.
He has been deeply involved at all levels of electrical engineering, including testing, design, field installation, and manufacture. One of his installations was four megawatt dual fueled cogeneration sets, installed at the General Hospital in Vienna, Austria. He also has designed and installed similar sets in the oil fields of California and these sets were utility tied, feeding local electrical power into Pacific Gas and Electrics grid.
