During that time, I’ve taught everything from math and computer literacy to critical thinking and problem-solving. Working one-on-one with students of different ages and learning styles has taught me how to make lessons clear, flexible, and engaging. I love helping students build confidence and reach that “aha!” moment when something finally clicks—it’s one of the best parts of teaching.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security and an Associate of Science in Web Programming from Rasmussen University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA. My background in math, programming, and data analysis gives me a strong foundation for teaching both Math and Microsoft Excel. I focus on making complex ideas simple and relatable, connecting concepts to real-life examples so students can see how what they’re learning actually matters.
Professionally, I’ve worked as an IT Project Manager and technical trainer for more than ten years, where I’ve trained and mentored others in technical systems, software tools, and process improvement. I’m easy to get a hold of and always happy to answer questions—so feel free to reach out if you’d like to learn more or schedule a lesson. I look forward to helping you reach your goals!
