While obtaining my degree in Psychology, I worked with children who suffer from anxiety due to their critical medical conditions in the "Hospital Pediatrico de Barquisimento Antonio Maria Pineda". After this experience I was referred to the psychiatric hospital of Barquisimeto "Pampero" where I worked with adults with sever mental disorders. After these experiences I decided to embark in School Psychology. I worked in "Colegio Andres Bello" with children ages 4-6 studying causes for challenging behaviors within the classroom to obtain a diagnosis and to proper develop strategies that could help them have an effective and successful development. Unfortunately, the political situation and the humanitarian crisis that is taking place in Venezuela forced me to move to the USA in 2015. The journey in this country has been hard, but I am glad I have found a place where I can practice what I have learned over the years. I love spending time with my family, friends and God. I also enjoy traveling around the world. I have about 7 years working as a nanny, during my career, I worked in hospitals, homes for homeless children, public and private schools. I really saw many faces of life during my work. but it really was great.
