I am a data scientist with two master's degrees: mathematics and biology. I was a graduate teaching assistant at University of Central Florida for 4 semesters: 2 semesters of evolutionary biology lab, 1 semester of genetics, and 1 semester of vertebrate evolution. I am a data scientist with two master's degrees: mathematics and biology. Very knowledgeable in R! KNN algorithm. Emphasis was on creating factors, scaling data, extracting and storing variables, partitioning, one-hot-encoding (creating dummy variables), finding optimal K, creating a confusion matrix, and repeated cross-validation.

Fabulous and knowledgeable sessions

Jonathan has been so helpful with the various questions on R coding that I have thrown his way. I have an independent project that I am working on that he has helped me with for the past few weeks. Jonathan explains things clearly and simply and his code is straightforward and can work with many different applications. Generally, he is responsive and very flexible with his time.
